  • Special orders and pre-orders: 2–3 weeks depending on supplier availability and carrier transit times.
  • Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, customs, or carrier delays.

Shipping Carriers

  • Orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, or other available carriers.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • Sassy Diva Accessories is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Sassy Diva Accessories is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.

Damaged Items

  • Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging are required.
  • Approved claims may qualify for an exchange.

Returns & Exchanges
